The following types of data are processed:

The retention period indicated above is however extended if the owner or the interested party carries out acts of exercising their rights capable of suspending or interrupting their prescription. In this case, the retention period will be extended in accordance with the provisions of the national or European regulations applicable for cases of suspension or interruption of the prescription.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
- right to access your personal data, pursuant to art. 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679;
- right to have it rectified, pursuant to art. 16 of EU Regulation 2016/679;
- right to obtain cancellation, pursuant to art. 17 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation;
- right to obtain the limitation of processing, pursuant to art. 18 of EU Regulation 2016/679;
- right to data portability, pursuant to art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679;
- in case of treatment based on consent, the possibility of revoking it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent subsequently revoked.

DIFFERENT PURPOSE OF TREATMENT: the Data Controller will provide the interested party with subsequent and specific information in the event that it intends to process the personal data already provided for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, before such further processing, pursuant to art. 13, par. 3, EU Reg. 2016/679.
