Introducing SUPERCLIMA, Metalnova’s top-of-the- range door combining innovation and technology, offering guaranteed quality. This reinforced hinged door protects your living spaces against changes in temperature between the inside and outside, with a U-value of up to Ud=0.7 W/m2K.

It’s designed to ensure maximum energy savings, especially when minimising heat loss is crucial.

Retractable Defender

Aesthetics and function in one: the defender device is built into the door protecting the cylinder, thereby not only increasing security in the event of a break-in, but also preserving the door’s sleek outer finish.

X Nova, the new motorized lock

From the outside, there are two ways to open the door using technology to guarantee maximum security. Both are either integrated into the door or built into the side of the door itself.


X Nova is a high-tech lock, allowing you to open your door from your smartphone, using the new UliXe app by Mottura.
The X Nova lock can be applied to all door models.

Numeric keypad
To open the door, enter a secret code using the numeric keypad or move the transponder near the keypad.

Fingerprint reader
To open the door, place your finger on the fingerprint reader on the door.

Quick-release lock

From the inside, Superclima provides additional security in the form of a lock with a quick-release emergency handle.

Burglar-proof: up to Class 3 Burglar-proof class includes all the European rules and regulations established to identify the safety level of armoured doors. They describe all the tests, timing, methods and instruments the door shall resist to.
13 locking points Points where the mobile pistons of the locking side come out to block the door to the frame.
Retractable steel Defender
Mortise cylinder guard with tear-proof locking system Anti-drill steel defender mounted from the external side of the door to protect the lock and the cylinder.
5 anti-lift bolts Placed on the hinge side of each mobile door, they are cone-shaped and installed to resist to cuts. When the door is closed, they are inserted in the relevant housing in the frame

Tecniche

Lock with gears This is a lock with a lower noise compared to lever locks, it is very soft to the manual use and it helps the safety cylinder last longer thanks to a significant reduction in friction.
Traditional-type hinges with opening to 180° This hinge is visible from the internal side, it can be adjusted along the two axes and it features a hinge cover matching with the colour of handles.
Aluminium body self-levelling draught excluder The automatic mobile sill drops onto the floor every time the door is shut and, besides reducing draughts significantly, it screens annoying light flashes. The type of mobile sill used varies according to the comfort required and the position of the door, the PVC version improves the thermal transmittance of the product, yet keeping sound quality unvaried.
Double sealing gasket Sealing gasket made from coextruded material with a stiff support that is mounted along the door stop perimeter onto the frame. Always available in the external door stop, it is also available in the internal door stop of the most performing armoured doors.
Angular internal metal panel stop
